How do I care for my cutlery products?To ensure you get the best longevity out of your cutlery products its best to hand wash them and avoid using abrasive cleaning materials/products. Whilst dishwasher washing is possible, the use of too much detergent can lead to accelerated discolouration and tarnishing of the product. The Science: Metals start to rust when they come into contact with oxygen or water. I’ve changed my mind, can I return my order?You have 14 days to return your products to us, we cannot accepted any orders returned after this period. See Returns & Refunds below.

I work in the hotel/catering/restaurant industry. Is there any discount for bulk orders?Please contact us directly if you're interested in placing large orders.
Shipping Policy
Orders will be processed the following working day.
Once your order has been shipped we will send you a shipping confirmation email, tracking information will be sent in the confirmation email or in a separate email shortly after.
We offer two different shipping methods for UK deliveries, costs of both will be displayed at checkout:
- Standard: Delivery Time is 5-11 Business Days

Faster: Delivery Time is 4-9 Business Days
For EU and International deliveries we offer only Standard. Delivery Time is 6-12 Business Days, cost will be displayed at checkout.
Please note that delivery cost is determined by weight, as well as location.
Returns & Refunds
We have a 14-day return policy, which means all products purchased from our website may be returned within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, with no signs of wear or damage, in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Scratched or damaged pieces will not be accepted. Spoons and Coasters has the right to deny and return any items to sender that do not meet these conditions.

We do not offer exchanges.

All objects, sale, sample sale, custom, and discounted items are final sale.

We do not offer price protection for any orders placed before the start of a sale.

All items must be sent back in their original packaging.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
